Applications to join the Ironclad Esports rosters are subject to rigorous review. Submitting a recruitment form does not guarantee placement on a team. We evaluate candidates based on in-game performance, communication skills, past achievements, and alignment with our club values.
All information provided during the recruitment process must be accurate. Falsifying competitive achievements or rank history may lead to a permanent ban from future club activities.
